Applicability: These terms apply to all purchases of electrical and electronic goods (e.g., LED lights, fans, geysers, modular switches) made at LED Shop, whether in-person or via order.
Eligibility: Customers must be at least 18 years old and competent to enter into a legal contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
Right to Modify: The management reserves the right to amend these terms, pricing, or product availability at any time without prior notice.
2. Pricing and Payments
GST Compliance: All displayed prices are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per Indian regulations.
Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets. For high-value or bulk orders, advance payment may be required.
Price Errors: We reserve the right to cancel orders or refuse sales in the event of clear data entry errors or incorrect pricing labels.
3. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
Reporting Period: Any physical damage, missing parts, or dead-on-arrival (DOA) units must be reported within 24 to 48 hours of purchase or delivery.
Condition for Return: Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with the brand box, price tags, user manuals, and all accessories intact.
Replacement Policy:Defective items with manufacturing faults will be replaced within 5 to 7 days of purchase, subject to technical verification.
No replacement is provided for damages caused by electrical surges, improper installation, or user misuse.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain categories like cut-to-length wires, specialized bulbs, or items sold under "Clearance Sale" are non-returnable unless found defective at the time of sale.

Manufacturer Warranty: Most electronics (like geysers and LED panels) carry a standard manufacturer warranty. LED Shop acts as a facilitator for these claims; the manufacturer’s service center is responsible for the actual repair or replacement.
Installation: LED Shop is not liable for damages resulting from improper installation by third-party or unauthorized technicians.
Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited strictly to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses.
5. Local Delivery (Khardaha & Surrounding Areas)
Delivery Timeline: Local orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Estimated delivery for in-stock items in Khardaha is 1-2 business days.
Inspection: Customers are advised to inspect the package for tampering before acceptance. Accepting a tampered box may disqualify future claims for missing accessories.
